The holy grail, the meca of football, what every boy dreams of when throwing the pig skin in the backyard with his dad, the Super Bowl. Super Bowl XLVII will be no disappointment.

The conference championship games were extremely exciting and very emotional.

Ravines linebacker Ray Louis got emotional during the national anthem of what could have been his last game, but instead, he led his defense to the Brady stopping caliber they needed to be at to win. The Patriot’s offense couldn’t get anything going and Tom Brady didn’t throw any TDs.

Ray Louis gets emotional in the beginning of the game and got to postpone his retirement two more weeks.

Unfortunately Tony Gonzalez didn’t have the same luck. After winning his first playoff game in his 16 year career, him and the falcons fell 10 yards short of end zone and the Super Bowl. The 49ers stopped Atlanta on fourth down in the red zone sending the Falcons back home.

Gonzalez got emotional and hesitated to take his pads off for the last time in his hall of fame career.

On the other side of the ball, Colin Kaepernick showed off his impressive football talent in his 9th career start. He picked apart the Falcons defense and read keys like a Manning or Brady. They young man is fun to watch. He is very versatile when he sees the defense he faces and adjusts.

This Super Bowl is going to be fun. Pop some popcorn, and gather the guys around and get ready to watch some great football.
